1 To: Whom it may concern Subj. : Introducing services The United of SADA ALRANEEN group, AL SANIDA group and LONDON ENGINEERING company are honored to introduce their services as a joint venture named USSL group, All companies located their headquarter in Basra city (south of Iraq), all companies had a long term in in Various activities such as architect, civil, electric and mechanical engineering, and this joint-venture of companies achieved many projects. SADA AL-RANEE group has the 5 th grade in construction classification and 5 th grade in electrical classification, these classifications ruled by the Iraqi ministry of planning and growth development. AL-SANIDA group has the 1 st grade in construction classification and 2 nd grade in electrical classification, these classifications ruled by the Iraqi ministry of planning and growth development. Most of their previous projects had been achieved by joint-venture among them. All companies are proud with their history especially what regards of the 3 piers and seawall project where been awarded by USACE in 2009, the project was in the naval base in Um Qaser, Basra, Iraq. This project was including camp construction, life support, vehicles supply, Geo Static survey, Hydro Static survey, Topo graphical survey, etc.. For such manners, all companies united their power to enter in a joint venture for the recent and future times. For more details the follow pages are illustration for the three companies. 3 The three companies agreed to collect their power to be as one mass. And they agreed to make SADA Al-RANEEN (SAR group for abbreviation) the leader part in all activities starting from tracking of the tenders of the client, preparing the technical and commercial proposals, supervising the projects and achieve it, extending business relationships. On other hand the other two partners (Al-SANIDA group & LONDON ENGINEERING) have their real strong touch in this joint-venture. AL-SANIDA group supports the joint-venture with its experience in construction field, LONDON ENGINEERING covers the joint-venture with the engineering consultancies besides their deep experience in satisfying the clients, LONDON ENGINEERING is an English company based in London, and their knowledge in HSE and QA/QC makes USSL a long in the field of the Iraqi competition area. 23 Paving road at at Basra city, the street of of Al-Jaza'aer is is the famious street in in Basra, Iraq. The length of the street is 3000m with 2 sides each side of 10m. The project achieved at 2007.
