16 Strength through Regionalization Strengthen both the face-to-the-customer & face-to- the-industry functions by separating front office from back office tasks Front Office: Personal Property Processing Office (PPPO) located at individual bases responsibilities include inbound/outbound counseling & quality assurance Back Office: JPPSO responsibilities include quality assurance of carrier and agent performance, outbound booking, inbound clearing/sit, non-temporary storage, documentation, billing, & payment
