3 Objectives of the Program Provide a forum by which citizens of North Carolina can demonstrate their expertise in beekeeping Provide an impartial assessment of the beekeeper s special skills, abilities and beekeeping knowledge Develop and maintain a multi-level achievement structure by which advancement through the Program ranks is appropriately awarded Encourage public service and independent or supervised research projects Provide county beekeeping groups and NCSBA chapters with a pool of potential, qualified speakers Train more beekeepers!

It is a multi-level program in which the individual can proceed to his/her desired level of accomplishment at his/her level of speed.
