1 Instructions for Scholarship Application (Deutschlandstipendium) Winter Term 2017/2018 Please complete the application form correctly. Either use the pdf-form or print it out and fill it in handwriting using block letters. Sign the form, scan it and combine the form with other documents you need to submit (certificate of enrollment etc) into one pdf-file of 8 MB max. The file name to comprise your last name and first name (e.g. Mueller_Maria.pdf or Fluss_Jens-Ole.pdf). Please the completed form to deutschlandstipendium@uni-kassel.de, giving as subject Deutschlandstipendium: Bewerbung". Deadline: November 5, 2017 Please note: - This is just an informal translation. The only legally valid forms are the German versions of the call for applications as well as the application form itself. - Only properly completed applications received in due time will be considered in the selection process. - International applicants have to hand in copies of certificates either in German or in English. - Applications via regular postal services are not accepted. - Applications received will be acknowledged by . - Closing date for applications: Sunday, November 5th 2017, midnight Include the following documents with your application form: Curriculum Vitae (no photograph needed), Copy of University entrance certificate (like Abitur, High school/college degree or comparative) and your uni-assist-document Current certificate of enrollment (Please do not send a copy of the local Kultur- or Semesterticket!), If you are in your Second semester or above: Copy of your exam results (a simple HISPOS-extract will suffice) If you are in a master program, copy of your transcript of records and your diploma supplement, if available with attachment ECTS-assessment scale.
