Each Bursary is for the value of R5000. The Bursary does not have to be repaid. How are bursaries awarded? Bursaries are awarded according to academic merit, financial need and any special circumstances of need. Final selections are made by an ICB internal Bursary committee, whose decision is final. Bursary funds are paid out directly to an ICB Accredited institution and other relevant ICB Accredited service providers. Bursary fund monies are ONLY paid directly into the ICB account of learners under exceptional circumstances. Successful bursary candidates will be advised by the ICB by 30 June Who is eligible for an ICB Bursary? ONLY applicants who are already studying on an ICB programme or ICB Qualification and have successfully completed at least one subject. What are the minimum requirements for an applicant to be considered? Applicant s track record with their institution of study must show good academic outcomes and attendance. Applicants must attach proof of family income to the application forms. Parents/guardians must attach the most recent pay slip not older than six (6) months or an official company letter confirming their income. Unemployed parents/guardians must attach official confirmation regarding unemployment status.
