PLACEMENT SERVICE While PWR specialise in the provision of contract personnel, we also offer a full placement service. Core duties of an Emergency Services Officer include responding to site emergencies, ER equipment maintenance, training and development of the site ER team, maintaining site ER compliance and ensuring ER preparedness. PWR Medical Emergency Services Officers include the operation of site based medical facilities in their core duties.
