The session will provide details of specific topics affecting the housing sector, including HAV, control of contractors and recent enforcement cases. 10:15AM Regulating Health & Safety Helen White, Chair, Regulatory Board for Helen will provide a view from the Regulatory Board for Wales on the role of regulation in health and safety, including an update on the housing regulation team s work on board assurance in this area.
