4 St.Vincent s Private Hospital, Dublin Value: e26 million Programme: 18 Months Jones Engineering Group installed the complete mechanical, electrical and sprinkler services in this new private hospital. It includes 260 beds, operating theatres, high dependancy unit, X-ray, ambulatory day care facilities, consulting suites, pathology facilities, pharmacy and administration offices. 02

5 Mater Hospital, Dublin Value: e32 million Programme: 30 Months We have carried out various projects in the mater university hospital over the last number of decades. We care currently completing the electrical services to the 120 bed adult hospital, located in the city centre of Dublin. The Facilities include: Accident & Emergency Radiology Out Patients CSSD 12 Operating Theatres Energy Centre 03

6 Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore Value: e12 million Programme: 30 Months We completed the mechanical services to this acute care public hospital. Features include, 350 beds over 4 storeys with a total size of 30,000sqm comprising of: Radiology ICU Pathology CSSD Accident & Emergency CCU 6 Operating Theatres Laboratories Catering Blocks Energy Centre 04

7 Waterford Regional Hospital Value: e20 million Programme: Ongoing Jones Engineering Group have been working in Waterford Regional Hospital for the last 25 years. We have carried out numerous upgrade and extension projects including Ambulance centre, CSSD, Lab and Pathology extensions, new Radiology Diagnostics and new wards. 05

8 Beaumont Hospital, Dublin Value: e25 million Programme: 48 Months Jones Engineering Group were responsible for the complete intallation of the mechanical services within the orignal 620 hospital complex. We have continued to carry out various upgrade projects including the Boiler House Upgrade, which was carried out while maintaining steam supply to the hospital at all times. 06

9 Hermitage Medical Clinic, Lucan Value: e7 million Programme: 12 Months We completed the mechanical services to this private hospital in Lucan. Features include: 110 bed accommodation wing; 39 consultants suites; 5 operating theatres including; 2 of ultra clean; 2 radiotherapy units; MRI & CT scan facilities; full medical gas system; pneumatic transport system. 07

10 Mayo General Hospital Value: e7 million Programme: 36 Months Jones Engineering Group carried out the mechanical services installation for the major expansion of this hospital in Castlebar. Features include 339 bed accomodation, A&E, MRI, Oncology, Endoscopy and Radiology. 08

11 Galway Clinic Value: e7 million Programme: 12 Months We installed the mechanical and HVAC services to this new Private Clinic located in Galway. The Features include: 102 bed accommodation, 26 consultants suites, 5 operating theatres, radiotherapy units, MRI and CT scan department, laboratories, restaurant and kitchen. 09

12 Bons Secours Private Hospital, Galway Value: e3 million Programme: 16 Months We have installed the mechanical services to the expansion of this existing hospital, which included 4 theatres, 2 endoscopy rooms, Day ward, New radiology department and consultant clinic building. The mechanical services included co-ordinating the integration of services into an airtight building. pneumatic transport, thermostatic mixing valves and full airconditioning to theatres and critical areas. 10

13 Dublin Dental University Hospital Value: e2 million Programme: 18 Months Jones Engineering Group installed the mechanical services associated with the redevelopment and extension of this city centre hospital and training faculty. The building housed the original hospital in 1899, and won various architectural awards following the refurbishment. 11

14 Naas General Hospital, Kildare Value: e8 million Programme: 20 Months We completed the mechanical services to the extension of the existing hospital. For phases 2, 2a, 3a and CSSD. Features include: 279 bed accomodation, A&E, Radiology, Oncology, Pathology, Cardiology and Department of Nursing. 12

15 Letterkenny General Hospital, Donegal Value: e5 million Programme: 18 Months We installed the complete range of electrical services to the extension of this existing hospital. The extension comprised a 3 storey accident and emergency department which included treatments rooms, resuscitation room, X-ray Dept and various wards with 76 beds in total. 13

16 St James s Hospital, Dublin Value: e9 million Programme: 24 Months St. James s Hospital is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland, we installed the complete mechanical services to the phase 1C wing and energy centre in the complex. Our Maintenance division continue to maintain the building services throughout the entire hospital. 14

17 Blackrock Clinic, Dublin Value: e5 million Programme: 24 Months Jones Engineering Group were responsible for the complete design and installation of the mechanical and electrical services within this private clinic. Services include A&E, endoscopy, radiology and cardiology. 15
