It s available 24/7 to help you learn about and prevent illnesses, or to help you cope with an illness, if necessary.

IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE A healthy diet and exercise are essential for good health. The Health is Cool 360 platform includes practical tips on topics such as nutrition, getting in shape and losing weight. You can also find articles on how to improve your quality of life at work to prevent common health problems such as depression, burnout or anxiety.

Through the plan members secure site: Go to desjardinslifeinsurance.com Select Group Insurance Click on Health is Cool 360 under the Tools and resources menu CONFIDENTIAL PERSONALIZED ATTENTION If you can t find what you re looking for online, health information specialists are only a phone call away. They will spend all the time it takes to answer your questions and set your mind at ease. They ll even do the research for you and prepare an information kit to suit your personal situation. From where to get flu shots to coping with depression, they ll find your answers and they can even provide assistance along the way.
