8 When someone isn t listed as a Qualified Person Each chapter of the code refers back to the provision of the acts permitting the minister to designate an individual or class of individuals as a QP. Anyone who meets the criteria described in the qualified person application, may apply to the minister for QP designation providing proof of their relevant qualifications. 8

Detail within the overall plan might require numerous Qualified Persons with various competencies.
