1 Shanklin House Surgery (branch surgery of Laurie Pike Health Centre) Telephone: Shanklin House Surgery has been a branch surgery of Laurie Pike Health Centre (LPHC) since November 2017 and the doctors and staff work across both surgeries as one team. The telephone line for booking appointments is open from 08:00-18:30, Monday to Friday, even at times when Shanklin House is closed. Patients from Shanklin House who book their afternoon appointments at LPHC (Tuesday to Friday) will be able to see their Shanklin House doctors, just located at a different site. Patients are offered same day and evening access at Shanklin House, LPHC, and other local practices, plus weekend appointments at Enki Medical Practice. Much of our access is same day however advance booking of appointments is available. For any patient taking part in research please read the following Research Privacy Notice.

Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice. Out of Hours When the surgery is closed please call to be redirected to our out-of-hours service. NHS 111 You can call 111 when you need medical help but it is not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. 4 Visitor Information Facilities There is limited car parking adjacent to the practice building. We ask that you park sensibly and considerately as we are in a residential area. All cars are parked at the owners risk, so please take note of any on-street parking restrictions. There is a bus stop directly outside the practice and is served by the number 11A, 67 and the 7. Accessibility We have wheelchair access to the surgery and we also have wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. If there is any assistance you should require please see a member of reception. Registration You can either register online from our website or in person at reception. You will be required to produce proof of identity including photographic identification and proof of address. For more information on how to register at the practice please contact our call centre who will be happy to give you advice and guidance. If you are unable to provide any details for registration please speak to a member of the reception team.
