10 DESERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT Department: School of Arts and Sciences Contract No: M. Hadley/Sp 15/Musical This Agreement is entered on 8/25/14 by and between Michael Hadley ("Contractor") and the Desert Community College District ("District"). The parties agree as follows: 1) District employs Contractor on a temporary basis and the Contractor accepts employment in School of Arts and Sciences (departmenl/fund/grant) Spring 2015 musical of "Fiddler on the Roof" Spring 15 Musical at the McCall um Theatre to provide the following services: Flyer 11x17" and Program Developer for "Fiddler on the Roof" Spring 15, Musical produced at the Mccallum Theatre. 2 Unless sooner terminated, the term of this employment shall be: 08/18/ ) Contractor shall be compensated on the following basis (list salary): $ NOT TO EXCEED: $ Contractor shall submit an approved invoice/time sheet for each applicable payroll period/pay day. Contractor also agrees to obtain fingerprints and tuberculosis skin test as required by the Education Code. 4) Contractor understands and acknowiedges that this employment is of a temporary nature and does not provide Contractor any rights to probationary or tenure status. Other than the compensation provided in paragraph 3 herein, Contractor shall not be entitled to any other fringe benefits of the District. 5) This Temporary Employment Agreement can be terminated by District at any time without cause at the sole discretion of the District and without further proceedings as permitted by Education Code section Contractor acknowledges and agrees that he/she is employed at will, at the pleasure of the District.
