The undersigned is directed to refer to the OM of even No. dated on the subject mentioned above and to say that the provisional list of rotational transfer has been revised based on inclusion! exclusion of officers etc. and the list of DS!Director thus prepared for rotational transfer is as indicated in Annexure I and Annexure - II to this O.M. 2. The list of vacancies in both the Groups is at Annexure Ill. The officers are requested to indicate their preferences for posting in the enclosed format at Annexure- IV which should reach CS.I Division by 07th January, The posting will be decided in terms of the revised rotational transfer policy as under: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) Ministries!Departments have been categorized into Group A and Group B for posting!transfer. RTP provides tenure of 5 years for DS!Director in a Ministry!Department, including tenure rendered in any other designation in the same Ministry!Department. In Group A, certain Ministries!Departments qualify for a reduced tenure by one year. An officer shall be transferred from Group A to Group B and vice versa as the case may be. Option for posting: The officers may furnish three choices in the appropriate Group Options will be submitted only through at santoshkumar.agarwainic.in 3. In case no communication is received by the stipulated date, it will be presumed that the officer has no specific choice and posting will be decided by the Placement Committee accordingly. 4.
