As such, I lead the marketing team responsible for the marketing and communications for SCE s Customer Programs & Services. Q. Briefly describe your educational and professional background. A. My name is Susan DiBernardo, and my business address is 1 Rush Street, Rosemead, California 10. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am a manager in the Regulatory Affairs Department. I am responsible for the Energy Resource Recovery Account (ERRA) proceedings as well as balancing accounts. Prior to my current position, I was a member of the General Rate Case (GRC) team responsible for providing regulatory support to operating units in the development of SCE s General Rate Cases. Q. Briefly describe your educational and professional background. A. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and also attended numerous business courses. In addition, I earned a Master s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. I have also earned the designation of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). In 000, I joined SCE as a Corporate Auditor within the Audit Services Department. My responsibilities included audit and advisory services for business units in the areas of Transmission & Distribution, Generation, Shared Services, and Regulatory Policy & Affairs, and others as required. Audit Services include the assessment of corporate risk areas, adequacy of internal controls, special investigations, and the evaluation of SCE compliance with regulatory requirements/directives. In 00, I joined the Regulatory Compliance/Audits & Investigations group within Regulatory Policy & Affairs where I worked with external regulators during their performance of regulatory audits as well as worked without internal business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In 00, I transitioned to the General Rate Case group where I was responsible for preparing testimony and assisting with the financial forecasts used in the proceeding. I have been in my current position C-

Dresti, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California 10. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company (SCE). A. I am currently a Senior Manager of Demonstration and Pilot Development and Execution within SCE s Customer Programs and Services Department. As such, I am responsible for executing customer-side studies and pilots and, if the study or pilot concludes favorably, hand it off to the program implementation team for program development and deployment. This includes responsibility for SCE s Charge Ready electric vehicle charging pilot and future Charge Ready Demand Response Pilot, and SCE s Third-Party Smart Thermostat Demand Response study and program, which is currently responsible for 11. MW of demand response. My team also manages Energy Efficiency demonstrations and pilots such as the ZNE Prop pilot and other various opportunities that are vetted through our product development process. My immediate staff includes program/project managers and other support staff. Additionally, my team leverages other resources within and external of SCE to execute our work. Q. Briefly describe your educational and professional background. A. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, and a Technical Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix, Diamond Bar, California. In 1 I began working as a metrology engineer for the United States Navy Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, California. I then worked as design engineer for the venture capitalized firm, Transducer Technologies Inc., in Pasadena, California, developing high precision, high pressure transducers for the military, energy and commercial industry market place. In 1 I started working at SCE as a metrology engineer supporting the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). From the late 0 s to C-

15 I held several positions at SCE ranging from being a design engineer within the Shop Services and Instrumentation Division, and also in the Research and Electric Transportation groups, to being a program manager in various program development groups under Customer Service. I hold a patent from SCE during this period for a DC ground fault locator which is an instrument used to locate ground faults within industrial DC feeder systems. In 1 I left SCE and held product development and management positions at several companies until 011. I was the engineering manager for International Computer Power, Vice President of Engineering for Pacific Power Source, Senior Director of Emerging Technology for Universal Electronics Inc., Product manager of Emerging Technology products for Cisco-Linksys, Vice President of product management for Bitcentral, and Greenfields manager for Belkin. I hold patents during this period mostly in home automation and graphical user interface design. In 011 I started working again at SCE as the program manager of Emerging Markets and Technology. In 01 I was promoted to a senior manager of new program development for the mass market segment. In 01 I attained my current position of senior manager of Demonstrations and Pilots. I have not previously testified before the California Public Utilities Commission. Q. What is the purpose of your testimony in this proceeding? A. My name is Raymond Johnson, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California 10. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company (SCE). A. I am the Manager of Energy Forecasting & Integration in SCE s Portfolio Planning and Analysis (PP&A) Department. In addition to our core responsibilities for short-term energy forecasting in support of planning and operations, my team is also responsible for integrating SCE s Demand Response resources into the CAISO s markets. Our forecasting and planning efforts include analytical support for distributed energy resource integration and transactions in the power markets. Q. Briefly describe your educational and professional background. A. I earned a Master of Arts in Electrical Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London University. Subsequently, I earned a joint Master s degree in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University. I joined SCE as Manager of Portfolio Development in 00 and subsequently became Manager of Demand and Price Forecasting in 010. Prior to joining SCE, I had 0 years of experience in the energy industry including development of optimization models for energy operations and resource planning, participation in the development and startup of the Power Exchange during the deregulation of the industry in California, and providing independent energy consulting services to clients who included private utilities, state energy agencies and federal power agencies. Q. What is the purpose of your testimony in this proceeding? A. I joined SCE in 1 as a Senior Marketing Analyst and was responsible for managing the development and implementation of market analysis and program evaluation projects. As a project manager of evaluation studies, I managed several joint evaluation studies on behalf of the Energy Division, CPUC, and California investor-owned utilities. I have taught economics as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the School of Business and Global Studies at the University of La Verne, La Verne California for nearly seven years. I have served on the Evaluation Committee of the Consortium for Energy Efficiency for the past twelve years. I have authored and coauthored several measurement and evaluation papers in various Energy Efficiency conference proceedings for the past twenty two years. Currently as a manager, I am responsible for planning and directing study design and resources for various measurement and evaluation projects.
