8 8 NSHP Requirements PV system size 1 kw AC or larger (> 5 kw requires justification) Sized to offset the end-use consumer on-site electric load Incentive based on the estimated performance of the system and calculated using the CEC PV EPBI calculator Building must achieve energy efficiency beyond current Title 24 Grid connected with eligible utility
9 9 NSHP Requirements New, certified system components listed on the CEC s eligible equipment list Ten year warranty on system components & labor Third-party field verification of energy efficiency measures and PV system (HERS rater) Equipment seller must be registered with the CEC

23 23 System Size Justification Letter For systems larger than 5 kw Justifies that the expected energy consumption of the home will not exceed 100% of the home s energy usage Written and signed by a CEPE, architect, engineer, or electrical contractor with C-10 license
24 24 Payee Data Record STD The information on the STD-204 matches the information of the designated payee on the NSHP-1 Signed by Payee
25 25 Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement List project and number of residential units subject to affordability requirements Identify the applicable affordability requirements Expressly limit residency in the affordable units to persons with low income as identified by the Health and Safely Codes
