For National Grid, NSTAR and WMECO, served as lead evaluator of this large industrial and commercial program new construction process evaluation to assess program effectiveness, barriers to participation and to present an actionable set of recommendations. CPUC High Bay Lighting Market Effects Study - California s commercial & industrial. Took the lead for finalizing the survey and for conducting interviews using Itron s CATI system, with contractors, distributors and end-users in California and for the comparison groups in Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. EM&V of CA IOUs Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs. Project Manager of this multi-year study that involved telephone surveys, on-site data collection, pre and post metering, billing analysis, discrete choice, and engineering analyses. Assisted with the design of participant and non-participant surveys to verify measure installations and to support billing and NTG analyses. Also developed the logic model for the upstream non-residential portion of the programs that showed CFL distribution and shipment process and the types of products purchased. Galawish Resume 3

Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Best Practices. This 2009 report provided the Korean Electric Power Data Network Co., Ltd, a global snapshot of the current state of AMI systems, technology, deployment, and related customer services and a forecast of the near future. Based on this information, recommendations for the introduction of AMI and its related services were made for the Korean market. Strategic Market Penetration Modeling.
