2 Student Development Programs & Services Website Application at the Point of Registration Phone Line Outreach Efforts
3 Student Development Application
4 Administrative Support Information Technology Support and Enhancements Working with Student Development on implementation of Web4 Free City College application form that serves as the first interface with prospective student. Based upon eligibility as determined by the MOU, created business process with Banner to either award the payment of units or award educational grant/stipend. Payments of grant/stipend to be included in student financial aid disbursement process. Development of Argos reports for internal users within all departments as well as reports that will ultimately be used for billing and submission to the Oversight Committee.
5 Administrative Support Bursar and Accounts Receivable Ensuring that student accounts are properly reflected with the application of Free City College enrollment fee payments by City. Ensuring that appropriate Argos reports are developed to ensure that quarterly invoicing to the City is accurate and supported by sufficient detail. Development of Argos reports that will be provided to the City and Oversight Committee with sufficient detail to ensure the program requirements are being appropriately implemented and student success and achievement are monitored.
