47 QUESTIONS WE VE RECEIVED! Must projects be temporary?! Can I submit more than one application for different streets?! Can I submit an application for a project that is not located on one of the Great Streets corridors?! It seems like this grant application is geared towards installations. Do we need to propose installing something, or can this application be geared towards an event?! What about city permits?! Do I need to be a US citizen to submit an application?! As part of our application, we would like to develop an online tool. Can we use funds for this purpose? 4
