11 Project Reporting Why? The project reports the activities in the AF Only activities contained in the AF can be eligible Result orientation focus: projects contribute to the programme results/change Subsidy Contract (SC) art. 3 Reporting and requests for payments 11

12 Project reports When? Twice a year Reporting periods: 1 January 30 June, 1 July 31 December 1 st report for the lump sum on 15 March st status report on 15 September st progress report on 15 March 2018 Each partner should insert information on a regular basis to prepare its partner report 12

Project reports partner reports and project reports have to be submitted in the ems Step 1: partners prepare their partner report (content) and list of expenses, then they submit it to their FLC Step 2: LP consolidates the report Other means of reporting direct line with the JS phone call/interview site visit participation of the ACPs and JS to project events 14

15 Project reports How? Partner prepares and submits its partner report FLC checks and verify the partner report in the ems: 2 steps checking of the List of expenditures and filling in the FLC documents LP compiles all the information financial compilation done by the ems

17 Create a partner report To report activities and expenditure, first create your partner report 17

22 LP prepares the project report The project report has the same structure as the partner report, but more developed for the work plan. Content: Compilation of partners information (activities in WPs, achievement, progression but also difficulties Update of the website and upload of the outputs and main deliverables > no upload possible on the ems. Finance: Automatic compilation of partners expenses after FLC certification. Guidance for reporting: 22
