2 What is ADRIARadNet ADRIARadNet is the acronym of the project, positively evaluated by IPA Adriatic Cross-Border Cooperation Programme (2 Call) ADRIARadNet means ADRIAtic integrated RADarbased and web-oriented information processing system NETwork to support hydro-meteorological monitoring and civil protection decision that is the project title 2

9 Role of lead beneficiary (LB) So any FBn request to IPA must be submitted by LB The reimbursement of the IPA funds of the whole project (thus of all Final Beneficiaries) will be made on the LB s bank account. Once received these funds the Lead Beneficiary must to transfer in time (according to what established in the Partnership Agreement) to each Final Beneficiary. 9

10 HOW FB/LB Responsability is regulated The Partnership Agreement provides the legal basis for internal relationship and responsibilities between the beneficiaries, always consistent with the provisions of the Grant Agreement. 18 Main ADRIARadNet Project Objective The main aim of the ADRIARadNet project is to set up an integrated web-based platform for data sharing and consultation Another objective is the development of an innovative integrated decision support tool for weather monitoring and hydro-meteorological applications based on miniradar, satellite and model data Third objective is to install and testing 4 miniradar systems. 19

19 ADRIARadNet Work Plan The overall project objective will be carried out through 7 WP, each WP is subdivided into one or more actions (tasks): WP0: Project preparation (DONE!!!) WP1: Project management and coordination WP2: Communication and dissemination WP3: User-oriented requirements and guidelines for Adriatic hydrometeorological decision support systems WP4: Integrated system for Adriatic hydro-meteorological radarbased monitoring and model-based forecasting WP5: Design and implementation of Adriatic web-based information network and data-sharing platform WP6: Demonstration and assessment campaign in Italian central Adriatic area WP7: Demonstration and assessment campaign in Balkan southern Adriatic area 20

21 Deliverables Each Action of each WP is concluded with an Deliverable which is the concrete output and evidence of the work. A Deliverable may be a report, or an action such as the construction of a prototype, the installation of a demonstrator, the organisation of a conference with the production of related proceedings, the publication of a book, the completion of a specification, etc. Any Deliverable must be submitted to IPA 22
