2 ABOUT IECA The International Energy Credit Association (IECA) is the leading global membership organization for professionals in the energy credit community. IECA is comprised of approximately 1,400 individual members worldwide, all of whom are involved in credit or risk management in the energy sector, or directly support such credit risk activities by providing legal, contract administration, or financial services.
