1 EDS District & User Role Matrix (assigned by the DDSM) Please note: e-certification (certificate renewal or application), NBPTS Scholarship and Events Manager applications do not require any user roles to perform basic functions in these applications. HYS District Summary Access District User can access District level data only for Healthy Youth Survey. Users with the HYS District Summary access role at the district level should not also be assigned the HYS Building Access role. If both school and district level results are desired for a district user, only the HYS Building Access role is required.
