15 Improving CES/City Integration Engage communities/cities to dedicate local funds to improve city coordination, services and resources through the Coordinated Entry System. COMPETITIVE FUNDING TERM Coordinated with City/County strategies Documented City Commitment (not required) Match Up to 40% new and 30% renewed Max match of $50,000 per project Max $100,000 per City July 1, 2017 June 30, 2018 (12 months) FAQs Would the city or the nonprofit partner submit the proposal?
