Q6 - Was UCCS your: Answer Count First choice Second choice Third choice Other Total
Q7 - Which institution was your first choice, and why? Which institution was your first choice, and why? Hult international business school. Because it is of a higher ranking and the job acceptance rate after graduation is high My first choice was CSU - Fort Collins, the reason behind this was because when I was a freshmen in high school I saw CSU and fell in love their campus, and I had practically grew up throughout high school with Fort Collins. Uccs Florida gulf coast UNC-Wanted yo live away from home Fort Collins, because I loved the campus there and they had a program for meteorology which is the general area in which I'm looking to major in. UCCS, because i lived in Colorado Springs DePaul University, for majors offered. University of Washington, it is out of state and it is near the ocean and has a lot of rain My first choice was CU-Denver, because not only were they known for good medical programs, I also liked the area University of Northern Colorado (UNC) Neumont university Wisconsin Lutheran College was my first choice because it's the school that's Coensides with my church and it also has a great education program It was School of Mines because its known for its engineering. University of Denver, because of the reputation and the city. Colorado School or Mines because of their engineering programs Carnegie Mellon, for their robotics program University of Memphis because I am from Memphis TN and wanted to go back home. University of Oklahoma. Beautiful Campus, Great Reputation, Football Team, and Rate of Pre-Med students accepted into their preferred medical school. My first choice was going to be Seattle Pacific University because it is located in the area I want to live because of the flourishing software industry. The school was too expensive however and looking back the programs for my major are stronger at UCCS. If I were to decide again I would choose UCCS. CSU because my grandpa was an alumni but i decided this was better BYU Provo. Because I enjoyed the campus environment. Johns Hopkins UNC Greeley was my first choice because they are renown for their teaching programs. And Greeley was originally just The Teachers College College of Dupage because it was so close to home and cheap. Air Force Academy
CU Denver because they have a design major My first choice was CSU Fort Collins, because they are a very diverse and friendly community. Ripon, because I liked the campus brochure and the classes and curriculum. CU Denver because it was closer to my home and in downtown Denver Southern Virginia University because it was away from home and I liked the environment. CSU Fort Collins because my family lives in Fort Collins. CCU the cost of tuition is much cheaper. CSU - Fort Collins was my first choice because it had the major I wanted and UCCS does not. Also if I went to UCCS, I could live at home instead of paying extra to live in a dorm at CSU. CSU Fort Collins was my first choice because they have the degree that I want to study. Colorado College because of the block system University of Iowa because I loved the campus and it fit my major and post-grad plan. CU-Denver. I liked the campus and the location and they are a big medical campus in the CU system Seattle Pacific because of the location and the same academic qualifications. University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. It is a better school for me. Regis University in Denver. I loved the campus, everyone was so friendly when I visited. They do overnight stays, and my host was great. They had all the programs I wanted. But the tuition was way too much. Boulder. I wanted to big school experience. My first choice was University of California Berkeley because I originally wanted to go into Pre-Med. The campus is beautiful, the student body is diverse, and it's known for it's academics. University of Vermont because they were closer to home University of Tennessee because they have an amazing, accredited architecture program. CSU-Fort Collins because they have more to offer me as a division 1 school. It was tied with DU but the money and better dorms are what made me choose UCCS University of Arizona, nice college and paid for. Uccs because it is close to home and did not have to live on campus. University of Wisconsin Madison, near family and good school. Fort Lewis College due to the location and academics in relation to what I want to study. University of Missouri at Kansas City Pace University. I liked the city scene and I am a liberal arts major. I thought it would be a good environment to be in. CSU, because it was a more involved school (football) CSU Fort Collins, because of their Bio-med program. University of Denver due to the atmosphere West Point, future career and standards.
The Univeristy of Oregon was my first choice because of the location, programs, and student body. Embry Riddle, because I wanted to be a pilot. I had no first choice i had options. Universität Kassel was my first choice because I really wanted to study electrical engineering in Germany. CSU. Better campus, social scene, environment in general. Colorado School of Mines, engineering. Dixie State University it had a lot more social events and was little bit bigger than UCCS also I liked the location Concordia University, Irvine CA because of athletic training major which UCCS does not have. CSU- because of the involvement of students, social activities, more of a college atmosphere University of Portland. It has an amazing criminal justice program, and was out of state. I wanted to get out in the world. UCLA, great reputation/ranking and im a california native CU - Denver and because I wanted to enter the Digital Audio Production major at CU Denver. There were many potential candidates, I am not sure I can list a specific one. I university in New York University of Puget Sound, mainly because I was born and raised in Tacoma, and if there were a northwestern equivalent to the beauty of UCCS, UPS would be it. Ideally I would have liked to go to CU Boulder, but needed to stay in Colorado Springs due to personal reasons Indiana University Bloomington because of the ballet program. The University of New Mexico was my first choice because it was close to home, and close to my family. Western Washington university, because I liked the location My first choice of institution was University of Oregon in Eugene. I chose this because of the LGBT friendly resident hall. Colorado school of mines due to the success rate and the percentage of students who have a job right after college Mid-America Christian University was my first choice because it is faith based, but it would not work with my budget. CSU Fort Collins was my first choice because I love the town of Fort Collins and going there would have given me more of a college experience. CSU Fort Collins; for their diverse range of majors and minors. UTSA because of location University of Denver - the prestigious nature and their quarter system. Great programs Regis Baylor University, it is a prestigious school. The University of Denver because thats where I am from and I had wanted to go there in high school before I had moved out to Colorado Springs my sophomore year.
Seattle Pacific University. Location and academic program. i really didnt have one i just randomly picked CSU - Ft. Collins because I loved the location and the atmosphere of the school as well as other important qualities such as location, campus life, and the faculty. I loved everything about the school itself and nothing about was a turn-off for me in choosing where to get educated for the 4-5 years. CSU I wanted to live in fort Collins and go to a bigger school Cornell College because they offered more scholarship money and had more programs that interested me. Adams State University because they allowed for more academic support for struggling students. I knew that I would eventually be in that situation and wanted to do as much as possible to avoid it. UCCS doesn't have anything like that. University of Colorado - Denver, but I did not like the city campus. I may go there for my nursing program. Creighton because really liked the campus and that I could also go to graduate school there University of Northern Colorado because their Monfort college of business accepted me as well as the school inviting me to join their honors program. The University of New Mexico (UNM) was my first choice, because they offer a wider variety of studies. They also have the number one ranked medical program for small town doctors. Adams University Art degree, decided against it Cal Poly San Luis Obispo University of Northern Colorado. The size, location, and interest. Too many rows for PDF export, try exporting to Word or CSV
