7 Evaluation Period: November 1-30* (see explanation below) November *For two-year college prospective student-athletes (PSAs), the conclusion of the PSA s two-year college football season (i.e., the conclusion of the institution s regularly scheduled contest rather than the conclusion of the institution s final postseason contest) through November 30 shall be considered a Contact Period.
