The ASL Institute uses a cohort model which represents a group of learners working together toward a common goal. The Institute incorporates a variety of activities focused on providing information in an interactive and dynamic environment. Each activity affords an opportunity to explore new ideas, build on past experiences and develop practical skills needed to advance as a leader. The format of the Institute includes: Guest Presenters Selected Readings Group Activities/Projects Field Trips In creating a blueprint for your success as a participant, curriculum has been developed to ensure that the learning experience has relevance to your personal and professional life and represents a meaningful and experiential approach to learning. We hope that this opportunity not only allows you to explore your potential as a leader, but also creates a connection to new friends, both within your cohort and with future program participants.
