2 Please identify the equipment that will be delivered to the facility prior the rental time. All equipment must be removed at the end of the rental period and equipment may not be brought into the facilities without advance notice to the Recreation Director. THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT IS A CHECK PAYABLE TO HARRIS COUNTY WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 96 (WCID 96). PAYMENT MUST BE DROPPED OFF OR MAILED TO THE FALL CREEK INFORMATION CENTER AT 7930 FALL CREEK BEND, HUMBLE, TX CHECKS RETURNED FOR NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS, STOP PAYMENT REQUESTS, A CLOSED ACCOUNT OR OTHER REASON WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 FEE. NO RESERVATION REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNTIL FORM AND PAYMENT ARE RECIEVED. FALL CREEK SPORTS COMPLEX GENERAL USE GUIDELINES AND RULES Reservations that do not conform to the requirements and standards stated in the Fall Creek Sports Complex General Use Guidelines and Rules (the Guidelines ), a copy of which is attached hereto, and/or any violations by applicant and guest, will result in immediate cancellation and/or termination of the reservation and forfeitures of the rental amount and security deposit. It is agreed by and between the parties here to that the Guidelines related to use of the fields and areas surrounding the fields at Fall Creek Sports Complex shall be made a part of this agreement, and is specifically incorporated herein. Further, applicant hereby acknowledges receipt of same, agrees, and covenants to be bound by the terms thereof, and this agreement, with abovedescribed attachments, represents the complete and integrated agreement between Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 96 and Applicant. 3 FALL CREEK SPORTS COMPLEX General Use Guidelines and Rules Hours of Operation: Dawn to Dusk Within the limits of Fall Creek Sports Complex (the Complex ), owned and operated by Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 96 (the District ), it shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following acts, except as may be otherwise provided: 1. To hitch, fasten, lead, drive or let loose any animal or fowl of any kind; provided that this shall not apply to dogs when led by a cord or chain, not more than six feet long. Animal waste is to be cleaned up by owner. 2. To allow animals on soccer and ball field play areas. 3. To drive any vehicle across the curbs, sidewalks, grass, lawn or anywhere else within the Complex, other than roads, streets, parking lots, and areas designated for that purpose. 4. To drive any vehicle carelessly, disregarding the rights or safety of others or without due caution and at a speed, or in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, any person or property. 5. To park, or occupy more than one space, vehicles or trailers upon the grass, lawn or anywhere else within the Complex, other than those areas designated for that purpose. 6. To park any vehicle or trailer in any parking lot or parking area so as to obstruct, block or hinder ingress or egress of such parking lot or parking area. 7. To possess, carry, discharge, or have on premises any firecrackers, rockets, torpedoes, or any other fireworks, or air-guns or slingshots; possess, carry, discharge, or have on premises any firearm. 8. To damage, cut, break, injure, deface or disturb any tree, shrub, plant, rock, building, cage, pen, monument, fence, bench or other structure, apparatus or property; or to pluck, pull up, cut, take or remove any shrub, bush, plant or flower, or to mark or write upon, paint or deface in any manner, any building, monument, fence, bench or other structure. 9. To bring glass containers, glass bottles, or items made of glass 10. To cut or remove any wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand, gravel, fertilizer or any plants. 11. To leave garbage, cans, bottles, papers, or other refuse elsewhere than in trash receptacles provided therefore. Bringing in outside garbage is prohibited. 12. To participate in any activity when the District believes such activity may create a danger to the public or may be considered a public nuisance. The Recreation Director and District Board of Directors may designate particular locations within the Complex for specific activities. 13. To camp overnight in Complex, unless approved authorization by the District. 14. To burn any type of matter or material in any area of the Complex, unless it is a controlled burning for the purpose of barbequing. 15. To consume alcoholic beverages. 16. To play or bet against any game which is played, conducted dealt or carried on with cards, dice or other device, for money, chips, shells, credit or any other representative of value, or to maintain or exhibit any gambling table or other instrument of gambling or gaming. 17. To use or speak any threatening, abusive, insulting or other language constituting fighting words in the Complex, and no person shall commit, in such Complex, any obscene, lewd or indecent act or create any nuisance. 18. To disturb in any manner any picnic, meeting, service, concert, exercise or exhibition. 19. To distribute, post, place or erect any advertising, handbill, circular, bill, notice, paper or other advertising devise. 3

4 20. To willfully harm, harass, trap, confine, catch, hunt, or possess any wildlife within the Complex. 21. To sell or offer for sale any food, drinks, confections, merchandise or services unless such person has a written agreement or permit issued by the District. 22. To practice, carry on, conduct or solicit for any trade, occupation, business or profession or without approval of the District. 23. To organize or participate in a Special Event as defined in the Fall Creek Special Event Policy adopted by the District, in a manner inconsistent with that Policy. The District reserves the right to grant exceptions to these above Guidelines and Rules by special permit. Violation of any of these guidelines or rules will subject the violator to removal and possible suspension punishable by the District. 4

5 Support Friends of Fall Creek Park Optional Donation Friends of Fall Creek Park, a Texas nonprofit corporation, is a local organization comprised of volunteers from the Fall Creek community dedicated to improving the Fall Creek Sports Complex. Friends of Fall Creek Park works to raise awareness of Fall Creek Sports Complex, raise funds for improvements to the park and its facilities, make improvements to the Complex and its facilities, and preserve animal and plant habitat. Donations to Friends of Fall Creek Park can be made by check or money order, and are tax-deductible. Friends of Fall Creek Park is a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
