2 About Palmetto Association for Children & Families Established in 1986, the Palmetto Association for Children and Families (PAFCAF) is a notfor-profit, 501c3 statewide membership organization based in Columbia, South Carolina. PAFCAF s members are private, South Carolina licensed agencies that offer a wide continuum of services to children and families in need, including preventive services, foster care, residential care, special education, adoption services, behavioral health and family services. Children served by these agencies include those who have been neglected or abused, those who are medically fragile, or have other physical or mental disabilities, and those who have behavioral health needs. 3 About The Annual Conference PAFCAF s Annual Conference is the premier educational and networking meeting for South Carolina s child welfare sector each year. Held at the beautiful Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, those attending have the opportunity to network with colleagues, learning about practices, innovations, skills and technologies they can take back to their communities and utilize with their agencies and in the work they do with children and families. Attendees also have the opportunity to engage with vendors and exhibitors that provide services and resources to agencies providing services and care for children and families throughout South Carolina. This year we are expecting 250 attendees, including member agency executives, clinicians and other credentialed staff, as well as key external partner organizations, vendors and suppliers.

4 Exhibitor Opportunities Cost: Nonprofit organization or public agency - $500 For profit organization - $750 PAFCAF s Annual Conference provides your organization great exposure to leaders of child- and family- serving organizations across South Carolina. Our members operate businesses, offering employee benefits and have property holdings. In addition to supporting South Carolina s children and families, you will have an opportunity to get your brand in front of our members and showcase your organization s products and services. All conference exhibitors enjoy the following benefits: One (1) 6 x 30 table, tablecloth with box skirting and two (2) chairs Complimentary full conference registration for one (1) attendee including: Access to all general sessions Opportunity to attend all breakout sessions Awards Banquet ticket Company listing on conference signage Company listing on printed event program *Additional attendee can be added for $ (1/2 off early bird member registration rate). The Exhibitor shall have access to the exhibit space, for setup, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 25, Time for viewing exhibits will be from 1 pm on Monday February 25 until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 27. Exhibitors should not ship materials directly to Embassy Suites, as the hotel does not have adequate storage facilities. All exhibits and related materials must be removed from the premises by noon on Wednesday, February 27. The Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend PAFCAF and Kingston Plantation and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither PAFCAF nor Kingston Plantation maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. The Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or share the space allocated and must show only goods manufactured or dealt in by them in their regular course of business. Exhibitors are responsible for establishing, staffing and dismantling their own exhibits.
