Local Health Department Deliverables Crossover w/ Hospitals 15 Local Health Participate in four (4) full day quarterly Regional Health Emergency Preparedness Coalition (HEPC) meetings, exercise activities, trainings, and related work group activities, to include 1/2 day events for the following: October 20 th - Seminars on Emergency Response Roles & Responsibilities of members as indicated in the HEPC Emergency Operations Plan - [also Hospital Deliverable] December 3 rd - Workshop provided by the State Human Services Committee (CAP #1, 7, 10 & 15)
Additional Hospital Deliverables Optional MCM Exercise w/ Local Health 16 Hospital Deliverable 15: Multi-Agency Medical Countermeasure Distribution Exercise* $14,000 * Conducted/ coordinated with Local Health Department Deliverable Exercise If this deliverable is selected, each hospital will be expected to participate with other partners in planning this full-scale exercise, as well as evaluate the exercise at the hospital. A hospital module with the same scenario as the medical countermeasures dispensing exercise will be developed by OHEP and provided to hospitals for incorporation into the LHD dispensing exercise. This module is required for this deliverable, and will address the four required HPP capabilities:
