You will be expected to take a math-test early in the semester on medication calculation for nurses. A grade of 90% is required to pass the math-test. Please review math content from NURS 160 and do the practice questions if math does not come easy to you. Work on completing the Clinical Laboratory Requirements: Physical Examination, Malpractice Insurance, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification, and a passport photograph and submit to the Nursing Office. Students can not attend clinical laboratory unless all these requirements are completed. You are required to use a Mobile Device in the clinical laboratory, iphone, ipod Touch, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile Smartphone, or Android. The software program Nursing Constellation Plus, powered by Skyscape includes three required textbooks (see p.6). NOTE: The free Skyscape application does not include the required resources.
