Government believes (A)Open Data+ (B)Right to Information=(C)Right to Data OGD and RTI are closely related, but these are not the same. The RTI movement advocates for the right of the public to access government information. This is a component of Regulatory framework. The OGD movement advocates not for the right, but for the facilitation and availability of data. It requires standards, principles, technology framework and regulatory framework. RTI and OGD can create an echo-system for Right To Data!

Judicial Information and Service Framework: An open platform accommodating open data access to judicial information bank. Health: Universal Health Information System to track lifetime health data of the citizen.
