In addition, all personnel participated in 9 online CentreLearn Practical courses as part of their continuing medical credits. Police Division personnel were provided an additional 8 hours of Police Response to an Active Shooter training that was conducted at Valley View Elementary. The training was instructed by our Firearms and Simunition Instructors, PSO Brandon Boelema and PSO Tyler Glass. This training utilized the simunition weapons systems available through membership in the West Michigan Criminal Justice Training Consortium (WMCJTC).
