DEPUTIES OF THE MONTH Corporal Carl Trosclair has been named the Detectives and Special Operations Deputy of the Month. He was hired by the EBRSO in October 2004. He has worked in Corrections, Communications, Uniform Patrol and he has been assigned to Armed Robbery and Burglary since 2013. Detective Trosclair exemplifies professionalism and excellence while performing his duties. His investigations are thorough and well managed so he is able to work on multiple cases simultaneously. Detective Trosclair handles all of his cases, from multiple vehicle or residential burglaries to serial robberies, with passion and conviction. Deputy Terrall Lockett is the Corrections Deputy of the Month. He has been employed with the EBRSO since March 2015. Even though Deputy Lockett has only been employed at the prison for 6 months, he has already become a valuable part of his shift. He is always willing to assist his co-workers and does so without being instructed by his supervisor. Deputy Lockett is self-motivated, takes pride in his work and consistently does a good job. Captain Tommy Moore is the Civil Division Deputy of the Month. He has worked for Sheriff s Office since 1972, with only a brief break in service (four months) in 2008. He is assigned to Judicial Process and he has exhibited extraordinary supervisory skills in leading the section. Thank you for your loyal and dedicated service to the EBRSO Deputy Jeffrey Sickler has been named the Uniform Patrol Deputy of the Month. He was hired by the Sheriff s Office on October 11, 2006. He has worked in Corrections, Uniform Patrol, S.C.A.T, and has been assigned to the Kleinpeter Substation since April 2015. Deputy Sickler s proactive nature and attention to detail led to the arrests of 4 armed robbery suspects within 24 hours of the initial compliant. Ms. Charleta Douglas has been named the Administrative and Support Services Deputy of the Month. Charleta was hired by the EBRSO in May 2002. She is currently assigned to Crime Analysis. She has shown great initiative by teaching herself how to produce the charts and graphs needed for statistical reports from the Uniform Crime Report. This has been a big help to her coworkers. Charleta is an asset to the Crime Analysis Division and the EBRSO.
