Environmental Remediation Execution Methods ~95% of environmental work is contracted. Primarily utilize Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Emphasis on developing and utilizing small business (SB) firms. Project Acquisition Strategy Board determines appropriate method of execution. Regional sharing of ERS contracts within NWD.
