Department of Development, recommending to approve a Home Loan Assumption Agreement and Assignment between Educator Affordable Housing Inc. and Teamster Retiree Apartments- Youngstown, Inc. in connection with a loan in the amount of $830,499.00 for a rental housing development project, effective 12/1/2006; requesting authority for the Deputy County Administrator or Director to execute all documents required in connection with said approval. 3.
