FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR Hi Mooses! Well, here we are again...another newsletter. I m going to start doing them monthly again. Since we aren t mailing them anymore, it s no longer cost prohibitive. It s also nice not having to fold, print, and tape all the buggers! Cowlitz Valley once again hosted the WSNIMA Texas Holdem Tournament. Many thanks to all who attended, and a special shout out to the volunteers that made this a very fun event! Don Jensen did another great job as Tournament Director. 60 players from across the state, and Oregon took part. Winners are listed on the following page. Kathy s agreed to do another Liver & Onions dinner March 29th. I can hear some of you groaning already;-) Liver is something you either like or hate. Well, if you re a hater, don t worry, she s also doing Chicken Fried Steak that night. We re bringing back Karaoke this month. March 1st, 15th, and 29th, starting at 8:30. The WOTM are going to start doing Thursday dinners. This is a fund raiser for them. Please come and support. Each year our lodge gives out two memorial Volunteer Awards in memory of Reuben Ollila & Karen Falk. These go to two outstanding volunteers, who put a lot of their time into keeping the lodge going. The 2018 recipients are Larry Bussing & Ginny Rexford. Congrats for a well deserved thank you from Cowlitz Valley Moose!
