Sinegal, Commissioner, Precinct Three Everette "Bo" Alfred, Commissioner, Precinct Four NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS September 05, 2013 Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners' Court of Jefferson County, Texas, willmeet at 9:30 AM, on the 05th day of September 2013 at its regular meeting place in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 4th Floor, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1149 Pearl Street, Beaumont, Texas. Said meeting will be a Regular for the purpose of transacting the routine business of the County. Persons with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids for services who wish to attend this meeting should contact the County Judge's Office to arrange for assistance. Consider and approve, execute, receive and file a renewal for (IFB /KJS), Term Contract for Paper Stock and Envelopes for Jefferson County with Olm-sted Kirk Paper, Co. and Scott-Merriman, Inc. for a fourth additional (1) one year renewal from September 6, 2013 to September 5, Proposed price increases are shown on Attachment A. These price increases are due to increased mill costs.
