2 317 AMXS Mobility For Dummies OVERVIEW A compilation of a website/products/programs that assists or directs each new member with in-processing, those with folder review discrepancies or completing a review, guides those deploying with all requirements for whatever specific AOR they are reporting to, instructs those due with PDHRA (Post deployment health re-assessment), lists procedures for recalls as well how to update such, finally the gatekeeper tab assists those with out-processing for leave TDY or FTD thus tracking the personnel with follow-up by section/supervisor. 2

Must have two chains, 1 short/long. Line Badge: When you recieve your linebadge from the Security Manager show it to mobility to input the number. Competency Card & GOV Drivers License : Print out packet and follow the mobility web page instructions/hyperlinks. Passport: Get your birth certificate or previous passport together, following the instructions on the mobility web page. Record of Emergency Data(DD Form 93)(2): Information reflects current rank, physical address, religion, marital status, etc Shot Record (2): Current? Anthrax volunteer? Info Protection Certificates (2): Available under Total Force Course Listing on ADLS Gas Mask Fit Test (2): 40 Months. Bldg 8080, 3rd Street Tues & Thur # Weapons Training Data (AF Form 522) : Qualified/overdue? (If you need a copy ask training to pull from SFMIS!) Weapon Issue/Domestic Violence (DD Form 2760): Ensure filled out accurately (Verify Section II block 1 initialed and dated) Current Fitness Score: Current copy of fitness test score. TRAINING MANAGER (Room 319) Training INITIAL Log onto ADLS and change organization information to: 18th AF, 317 AG, 317 AMXS. Print out all certificates you have on ADLS and bring them with you. You can also access ADLS through the AF portal with your CAC login. Enter individual into UGT and update Upgrade Tracker. Order individuals CDC's and update Phase Training Tracker Log onto the Training website on the 317 AMXS Portal and register on E-testing. Turn in basic certificate/imds 593/ GO /AF2426 to get credit for training completed. Bring AF Form 623 Individual Training Record with you. Individuals report to Mobility on first duty day to begin all 317 AG in-processing requirements (Folder build, Medical, Manning, Security, Fitness, Training(CDC s/ancillary), Resource Advisors(GTC/Initial Issue), briefings from CC/CCF. 2. Follow the web page and matching checklist to perform/complete any requirement. 3. UDM s input information into database/file into recall roster and exported multiple forms to web page. 4. Export discrepancies through macros to excel products hyperlinked on web page for individual or supervisor to track progress. 4

Follow the webpage and matching checklist, as well view any listed discrepancies with their folder. (Shop specific tabs at bottom of page) 3. Report to appropriate sections for completion/review. Finish with final check at Mobility. 4. UDM s update database information. Export any future information (pending shots etc) through macros to excel products hyperlinked on web page. 5. Print out

7 Deployment Procedures 1. Individuals are notified of deployment immediately upon tasking and have 5 days to report to mobility. 2. The page is utilized to guide from a checklist that covers all areas as shown to the left. 3. Any relative AOR equipment item or reporting instructions are linked directly to the AEF Online site for ease of upkeep. 4. ABU info and ordering, Security Clearances, Fitness, RA needs are pushed against a standardized timeline with a how to guide in place based against continuity books and databases. 5. The member can continually check to see what he or she has left by clicking again the links at the bottom both in mobility and training requirements. 7

10 GATEKEEPER This is an based tracking system. The GATEKEEPER program is mandatory. Instructions to follow: LEAVE: After your have completed a current leave routing slip and Leaveweb is approved, your copy II to HERE, type in your reason and name into the subject block on the right of the words GATEKEEPER UPDATE, or if mail is down put it inside the drop box on the Mobility door. When you return from leave no action is required as your copy II will be handed to your section lead/supervisor. If there any modifications to your dates it is your responsibility to ensure that we are aware of such through your chain of command however possible. Mobility Hours Monday-Friday After Hours Emergency Contact Number TDY/FTD: After your have completed a current TDY routing slip. E- mail your orders to HERE, type in your reason and name into the e- mail subject block on the right of the words GATEKEEPER UPDATE, or if mail is down put it inside the drop box on the Mobility door. At that point your trip information will be inputted into the Mobility database for tracking. When you return from your trip report during duty hours to Mobility to input your return date. It is your responsibility to ensure these actions are completed start to finish. If a no notice tasking occurs where orders cannot be made due to fund site or other problems the individuals/supervisors are still required to any information relative to said trip. 10

12 STRENGTHS/LIMFACS Strengths: AMXS mobility has created a one stop shop for squadron inprocessing, personnel tracking and discrepancy related problems, recall procedures. Macros sent from database (previous example shown) to web page give the ability to have 24/7 info available. LimFac: - Knowledgeable ACCESS users - Server Connectivity as is intranet based due to current Privacy Act Restrictions and content due to programming. - As with any system data input errors - Not Approved AF system. 12
