14 MDA Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Subcontract to Boeing - Task Instructions Supports Boeing to perform special studies, analyses, investigations and tasks as directed by separate task instructions (TI). Efforts include defining future development activities, defining/developing interfaces with future systems, root cause investigations, defining changes/upgrades to the Test Infrastructure requirements, analysis of changes in defended area, GMD related International studies and participation in Government exercises and/or events to complete approved TIs. - System Analysis Supports Boeing to plan, perform and deliver Element level analysis of the GMD Element in support of BMDS documents (Capability Assessment Plan (CAP), System Engineering Assessment Report (SEAR), and the Interim Capability Assessment Report (ICAR)) as described in the GMD System Analysis Plan. Also to conduct analysis to finalize requirements flow down and allocation; conduct analysis to balance the functional architecture and system design; conduct analysis to assist the development of candidate functional and physical configurations; conduct analysis to validate the results of the engineering activities of the requirements, design, and verification; and perform analysis for performance characterization, including support of initial planning Missile Defense Agency for Real World Events (RWE). 14
15 Missile Defense Agency MDA Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Subcontract to Boeing - Modeling and Simulation Performing Modeling and Simulation (M&S) requirements analysis and M&S planning for GM requirements verification, closure by analysis, technical performance measurement analysis, ground/flight conduct and analysis, and GM and BMDS system performance analysis. - GMD Sensor Support -Cobra Dane Providing engineering support to the GMD Sensors System External Sensors Team. Prepare CDST integration design at Cobra Dane. Support planning preparation and design of the Cobra Dane Simulator tester (CDST). Support design reviews and technical interchange meetings. -Thule, Beale and Flyingdales Providing engineering support to the GMD Sensors System External Sensors Team. Prepare UST integration design at Thule, Beale and Flyingdales. Support planning preparation and design concept demonstrations, testing and certification of the UEWR Simulator (UST). Conduct and support design reviews, technical interchange meetings and testing activities at the various UEWR field sites and system test labs. Additionally, support the threshold and objectives updates to the Port Isolation and Exchange (PIE) and Uniform Resource Number (URN) tools. 15
16 Department Of Defense Counter Narcoterrorism and Program Office Program and Operations Support (CNTP) - Subcontract to Blackwater - Provide support to CNTP with logistics analysis and support to primarily Afghanistan and Columbia. This includes forward deployment and staging for sustainment and operations. - Acquisition and Warehousing for program operators of various DOD and other agencies as required for program support. - Includes infrastructure needs, vehicles, analytical tools, tactical equipment, surveillance assets and support to anywhere in the world. - Also provide prototype for logistical supply chain and property management. - Includes Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Unique Identification (UID) services. 16

19 Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency - ENIMS All Points Logistics (APL) manages one of the most complex information management systems at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This system is an enterprise-based, comprehensive, webbased, emergency management information software solution for the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) - ISSO Support - Information security point of contact - Collaborate with FEMA CISO to adhere to FEMA/DHS compliance - Liaison between system owner and FEMA CISO - Maintain the System Security Plan (SSP) - Collaborate with maintenance team to remediate deficiencies 19
20 Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Agency - All Points logistics currently holds HSHQDC /HSTS CAC052 contract at the Transportation Security Administration which encompasses a variety of IT based video communications networks which are based on Activu software. APL is responsible for both the hardware and the software of the system to include the internal cabling of TSA s Freedom Center and COOP site at Mt. Weather. APL has developed and implemented this complex enterprise wide solution over the last three years and it has been an unprecedented success. 20
21 NASA NASA KSC Checkout, Assembly, and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) Subcontract to Boeing (mentor protégé relationship) - Management of the CAPPS Property Control System - APL ensures contractual and governmental compliance in the life cycle management of equipment and material. Operating a government certified/approved Property Control System (PCS) for Boeing in managing Government property located at the Kennedy Space Center. The PCS is a mature system with well defined policies and procedures. APL currently manages approximately $1 billion worth of assets and materials for the Checkout, Assembly & Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) and International Space Station contracts (ISS) and International Partner hardware. - CAPPS Documentation Center - APL currently maintains a state-of-the-art document storage and retrieval system for Quality and Engineering documents. Capabilities include preparing acceptance data packages (ADPs), track open work, maintain Program Model Numbers (PMN)s, Baseline (BL) numbers, Station Set (SS) numbers and Work Unit Codes (WUCs) and updating the Configuration Management Data System (CMDS) and Engineering Drawing File Management (EDFM) systems. 21
