13 RECENT ATTACKED MADE BY SUSPECTED ASG MV KUDOS-1 Three motor bancas with unidentified and highly armed men onboard allegedly attacked the sailing ship manned with 27 sailors, 4.4 nautical miles South East off Sibago Island, Basilan When some perpetrators tried to board MV Kudos, her valiant crews used extremely hot waters to avert them from climbing onboard.
14 SITUATION OF PORTS AND ANCHORAGES IN THE PHILIPPINES For Year 2017, there were 18 incidents of Robbery and Theft Incidents reported - 10 in Manila - 7 in Batangas Port - 1 in Davao For Year no incident reported Manila Port Batangas Port Davao
15 APPREHENSION OF SEA ROBBERS AT MANILA ANCHORAGE Manila Port In 31 Dec 2017, robbers were apprehended by PCG during the conduct of operation in Port of Manila. They were caught onboard MV Polar Equador, a Liberian flagged Davao vessel, while anchored at the South Anchorage area in Manila.
16 UPDATES ON MARAWI - The local government of Marawi has allowed its residents to go back to their respective houses, while the national government is preparing for the rehabilitation of the city. Manila Port Davao
