Produced by STRACD based on: A letter from the CG, TRADOC to the AAE recommending prioritization of the Army S&T investment A memorandum from the DD, ARCIC to members of the 2-Star ASTWG Memorandums from the COE CGs regarding their Warfighting Functional S&T Needs Capabilities Needs Analysis and the emerging Multi Domain Battle Concept Payoff: Supports the assessment of how projects under development will benefit the Warfighter Assists decision-making on future developmental efforts since it reflects the direction the Army Victory Starts Here! 10
