9 INTERNATIONAL AND INTERAGENCY WARRIOR CARE ENGAGEMENT PANEL OBJECTIVES: Panelists will present frameworks, best practices, and innovative ideas that support the following objectives for international and interagency warrior care engagement: Identify Need for External Support Assess Infrastructure and Environment Develop Strategy & Support Functions Implement Improvement And Sustainment Mechanisms Define the need for external support and identify and connect with resources (e.g. funding sources, partnering nations, external support organizations, etc. Gain a comprehensive Understanding of a nation s infrastructure and environmental factors \(e.g. governance, polices, culture, communications, theatre engagement plans, funding sources, etc.) Define the scope of support required, develop a strategy for program development and implementation that Integrates with relevant stakeholder strategies, & develop supporting policies & standard operating procedures. Develop and implement training, program metrics, and quality assurance and oversight mechanisms to support sustainability and continuous improvement of warrior care programs / capabilities
