Remodeled the (2600 sq ft) facility to meet the needs for a clinical supervision site and training program for the U.S. Army at a cost of $80,000. Teach either Clinical Supervision three quarter hour graduate course each quarter. Work with the Marriage and Family Therapy Department faculty in providing an accredited AAMFT practicum site for graduate students Faculty Member at Pastoral Institute s training program. Provide training, consultation and supervision for Family Practice intern doctors. Each intern rotates through the training program and participates in direct clinical treatment of clients. Teach two Practicum/Internships five hour graduate course each quarter. Work with the College of Education and Community Counseling Department faculty in providing an accredited CACREP practicum site for 12 graduate counseling students. 8/92-4/94 Director and Clinical Supervisor, Chaplains Family Life Ministry and Training Center, Fort Bragg, NC; provide supervision, enrichment and consultation opportunities in Marriage and Family Therapy issues for the 76+ chaplains at Fort Bragg; offer teaching and training events for clergy and other professionals with the PREPARE/ENRICH, MBTI, FIRO instruments, provide individual and group supervision for six part-time staff members working toward AAMFT membership; conduct preventative workshops in marriage enrichment, parenting, singles, and step-family issues to the community.
