7 Command Cyber Integration Cell Cybersecurity Command-Level Cell, Special Staff With A Sr Leader (Cyber Integration Cell (CIC)). Prioritize And Coordinate Command Cybersecurity Efforts. CIC Will Have An Initial Permanent Staff Of One New GS-15 And Three Cybersecurity Analysts. Conduct Analysis, Develop Strategy, And Direct Coordination With Primary Staff Elements And Directorates. The CIC Lead Will Establish And Chair A Command Cybersecurity Working Group To Integrate Cybersecurity Efforts Across The Command (Now The Cyber Action Group (CAG)). 10 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Overview: Leveraging Army SBIR to address capability gaps and risk mitigation in developmental systems. Our current operating budget for ongoing and new SBIR Phase I and II efforts is ~$12M annually including our support to PEO Missiles & Space in the execution of their SBIR program. Opportunities: USASMDC/ARSTRAT participates in the Army SBIR Phase I solicitation in January each year. Next solicitation proposal submission period: 10 January 8 February topics typically related to directed energy and/or space. The requirements will be primarily research and development, specifically system integration to include prototyping. Value $M Incumbent or New Effort $100M New Effort Projected Requirements Effort Title PdD Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) Effort Description The TSS EMD effort will complete full system integration and deliver two production representative systems (PRS). The PRS will support multiple tests and demonstrate interoperability, supportability, safety, utility, and Soldier interface. Further, the same MAIDIQ will provide preferable support production of a low density number of systems and provide CLS after fielding. Anticipated Award 1QFY18 Status Contract Requirement Package is being developed. 2 Tech Center D3I Domain $50M New Effort High Energy Laser (HEL) Integration and Demonstration Support (HELIDS) The objective of the HELIDS effort is to integrate and demonstrate existing and emerging laser technologies, to test and verify the performance of HEL technologies. This effort will serve as a risk reduction effort in support of the development of an Army Capability Enabler (ACE), the HEL Tactical Vehicle Demonstrator (HEL TVD). 3QFY17 Contract Requirement Package is being developed. 3 Tech Center D3I Domain 2 Concurrent $82.5M Technologies Corporation Mission Planning, Advance Data Analytics, and Decision Support Tools Development Develop software tools to expedite delivering capabilities to support specific USASMDC/ARSTRAT, Army, and DoD Missions. Existing capability supported is the Exportable Combat Training Center (ECTC). 4QFY17 Contract Requirement Package is being developed. Draft TORP Dec Tech Center D3I Domain $160M New Effort High Energy Laser Tactical Vehicle Demonstrator (HELTVD) The Army's next generation High Energy Laser (HEL) integrated system demonstration. A pre-prototype 100kW class laser weapon system fully integrated onto a single 10 ton variant of the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV). This HELTVD will be designed, fabricated, and tested to technology readiness level (TRL) 6 maturity. 4QFY17 Contract Requirement Package is being developed. 5 Tech Center D3I Domain 1 TBD ~$8.5M New Effort Army Resilient Global On-the- Move SATCOM (ARGOS) UHF/VHF radio satellite payload development and integration 3QFY17 Contract Requirement Package is being developed. 13

Develop tools and simulations, scenarios, and study plans to support SMDC/ARSTRAT mission areas. Anticipated Award 2QFY17 Status Solicitation response period closed. 7 FWC COSMIC, then D3I Domain $49M BAE Systems NCR-IADS National Capital Region-Integrated Air Defense Systems (NCR-IADS). 2QFY18 Contract Requirement Package is being developed. 8 FWC D3I Domain ~$3M BAE Systems Wargames, Experiments, and Prototype Demonstration Supports the core FWC Concept Evaluation mission through support to Wargames, Experiments, and Prototype Demonstrations. 3QFY17 Contract Requirement Package is being developed FWC OASIS TBD $100M COLSA Corp. Harris Corp. D3I Domain 3 TBD $10M DBA Exelis, Inc. Information, Integration, and Execution (I2D) TSS Sustainment Continue the development and maintenance of the Regional Web Initiative Program (RWIP) in support of the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). Mission area maintenance & sustainment effort for 1 st Space Brigade mission systems, MIGS effort. Provides the ability to provide maintenance or other sustainment support to prototype systems currently fielded. Provide train the trainer support on newly fielded prototype capabilities within the existing system post system wide technical refresh. TBD TBD CENTCOM will pursue directly through OASIS.
