The ICLA was established in May 2015 by bringing together leading lawyers, barristers, construction professionals, judges and academics from around the globe specialising in International Construction Law. The aim of the ICLA is to bridge the gap between the Civil and Common law by informing and debating on Construction Law issues. For the afternoon session expert speakers will focus on Construction Law issues found in every jurisdiction such as delay damages, limitations of liability and defects liability and how the different families of law handle some of these issues.
