1 RITES LIMITED (A Govt. of India Enterprise) REQUIRES Hindi Assistant, Engineers(Civil), CAD Operators (Civil) & CSR Associate purely on contract basis through walk-in-interview RITES Ltd. a premier consultancy organization is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working Hindi Assistant, Engineers(Civil), CAD Operators (Draughtsman) in Civil and CSR Associate for its various projects in India. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The selected candidate is liable to be posted anywhere in India. Reservations & relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and physically handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. orders. (1 post each for Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Sec bad & Gorgon) 07/12 Engineer (Civil) 08 Nil 30 yrs. 08/12 CAD Operators 06 Minimum 02 years working experience as 40 yrs. (Civil) CAD Operator. 09/12 CSR Associate 01 Minimum 01 year in working with an NGO doing social work for under privileged sections of society preferably in any of the following areas: 1. Environment 2. Drinking water 3.Health 35 yrs. & Sanitation 4. Rural Infrastructure Development 5. Poverty alleviation/ Nutrition & upliftment of girl child 6. Education 7. Community development. Qualification: VC No. Post Educational Qualifications 05/12 Hindi Assistant 07/12 Engineer (Civil) 08/12 CAD Operator (Civil) 09/12 CSR Associate Graduate (Degree) with Hindi & English subjects OR Graduation with English subject and having passed Hindi Examination equivalent to Degree or higher standard OR Graduate of Hindi Hons. course and having passed English Examination equivalent to Degree or higher standard OR Graduate / Post Graduate with Hindi medium but have passed English subject at Graduation with Computer typing knowledge with speed of 30 words per minutes. 1 st Class Degree in Civil Engineering for General category, 2 nd Class for SC/ST/OBC communities. Certificate course in Draftsmanship in Civil Trade from ITI (Only NCVT Certificate will be accepted), with 3 months/ 120 hours certificate course in Auto Cad package from a reputed training Institute. (Duration of 3 months/ 120 hours should be explicitly mentioned in the Certificate). Post Graduate in any discipline from UGC recognized university.

Note: On the spot registration for walk-in (for those not regd. online) will be from 1000hrs to 1300 hrs. only. How to apply online:- Notes: 1. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down for the above posts and willing to attend the walk-in interview can also register their applications online in advance, in the registration format available in the Recruitment Section of the RITES website, by Candidates unable to register online may attend the walk-in interview by registering themselves between 1000 to 1300 hrs. on the date of interview. They are required to submit their application in the prescribed proforma given at the end of this advertisement along with documents indicated in para 2 to 6 below. However, candidates who have registered online will be interviewed ahead of the unregistered candidates. 2. On submission of valid application online, the system will generate Registration Slip with Registration no., which has to be printed, signed, and submitted at the time of interview along with attested copies of educational, experience and community certificates (applicable to SC/ST/OBC) and 2 recent passport size colour photographs. Physically disabled candidates with physical standards and functional classification as laid down below can also apply. 3. The original testimonials/documents will have to be produced at the time of interview. If any of their claims is found to be incorrect, their candidature shall be summarily rejected. 4. Candidates should submit only single application and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid ID is essential for submission of the online application. RITES will not be responsible for bouncing of any sent to the candidates. 5. All information regarding this recruitment process would be made available through the provided by the candidate at the time of registration. 6. Candidates should ensure that the same Coloured passport size photograph is used throughout this recruitment process. a) Any kind of training/trainer/apprenticeship experience shall not be counted towards post qualification experience. b) Candidates already working in RITES on contract basis in an equal position are not eligible.

3 c) Since these application forms are to be processed in a computerized system, due care should be taken by the candidates to fill up their application form correctly. No column of the application should be left blank. Applications incomplete in any aspect (category certificate, educational qualification certificate etc.) shall be summarily rejected. No representation or correspondence regarding such rejection shall be entertained under any circumstances.
