4 Course : Master of Physiotherapy (2 Years) The candidate must have obtained B.P.T. degree from a recognized institution affiliated to a recognized university. Course : Master of Optometry (2 Years) Full Time : The candidate must have obtained B.Optometry degree from a recognized institution affiliated to a recognized university with 1 year internship. Part Time : The candidate working as optometrist and have minimum 1 year of regular full time experience in optometry after completing graduation B.Optometry either employee in Eye Hospital, Optometry (Clinic or Optical industry establishment or self employed) Course : M.Sc.- Nursing (2 Years) The candidate must have obtained B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks from a recognized institution affiliated to a recognized university and one year experience in Hospital or Nursing School / College after the course complition. Candidate should be registered nurse and registred midwife or equivalent to any State Nursing Cousil Registation. The candidate qualifying P.B.B.Sc. Nursing from IGNOU through distance education is not eligible for M.Sc.- Nursing programme if the study centres are not recognised by INC.

5 SYLLABUS OF M.P.T. ENTRANCE EXAM 1. There will be one paper of 2 hours duration containing 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) consisting of B.P.T. subjects including, 25 marks for Basic Sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics and Kinesiology), 25 marks for Basic Physiotherapy (Exercise Therapy and Electrotherapy), 50 marks for Physiotherapy in Conditions (Ortho, Neuro, Cardio- Respiratory and Rehabilitation) 2. The questions will be single response objective type. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded one mark. ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong response. Zero mark will be given for the question not answered. More than one answer indicated against a question will be deemed as incorrect response and will be negatively marked. 3. The examination shall be conducted in English only. 4. There is no provision for rechecking / re-evaluation of the answer sheets and no query in this regard will be entertained. There will be 2 hours duration containing 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) consisting of B.Optometry subjects including, 10 marks for Eye Anatomy and Physiology 20 marks on Visual Optics (Refractive Error, Refraction) 20 marks on Ocular Diseases and Investigation (Anterior segment, Posterior segment ocular disease, Optometric Instruments) 20 marks on Dispensing Optics 15 marks on Contact lencs 15 marks on Orthoptics / Binocular Vision / Low Vision 2. The questions will be single response objective type. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded with one mark. 1/2 marks will be deducted for each wrong response. Zero mark will be given for the question not answerd. More than one answer indicated againsted a question will be deemed as incorredct response and will be negatively marked. 3. The examination shall be conducted in English only. 4. There is no provision for rechecking / re-evalution of answer sheets and no query in this will be entertained. SYLLABUS OF M.SC. - NURSING ENTRANCE EXAM 1. There will be one paper for 2 hours duration containing 100 multiple choice question of 100 marks, Consisting of B.Sc. Nursing subject including, Nursing Science (Medical Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Obstetric and Gynecology Nursing, Mental Health Nursing and Community Health Nursing - 50 marks Basic Science (Nursing Foundation, Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition and Biochemistry, Psychology, Microbiology, Pharmacology and Sociology) - 15 marks Nursing Research and Statistics - 15 marks Nursing Administration and Management - 10 marks Nursing Education - 10 marks 2.
