She has served as a senior lecturer in University Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and University Malaysia Sarawak (UMS) respectively with lecture and research interests in OSH and Behaviour Based Safety, before joining the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) as a Senior Researcher. She has published sores of papers and presented her papers both in National & International settings. She is currently the Head of Behavioural Analysis & Valuation Unit of MIROS. 6. Nimi Binti Ahmad is the current Committee Member (Training) for Malaysian Industrial Hygiene Association (MIHA). She furthered her studies in Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom. She then earned a Master s Degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in Master of Industrial Safety Management.
