17 Master Training Train-the-Trainer Model Refers to the approach in which the TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer Course provides training to a group of participants, who then conduct training of staff at the unit, department, or facility level. Participants will: 1. Become familiar with TeamSTEPPS tools and methodology 2. Be equipped to teach TeamSTEPPS tools to others at their organization 3.
