He has extensive healthcare leadership and management experience as a ED Chairman, Medical Director and CMO. As a consultant, Dr. Belaval has introduced several hospitals to business enterprise change methodologies and helped develop some of the most efficient hospital operations in the country. Dr. Belaval has lectured and published articles on patient flow redesign and hospital change management and routinely advises and collaborates with other healthcare consulting firms on patient flow redesign projects. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and completed his training at Boston Medical Center.
